Robert Novacek

As a seller, it helps you to price your property right by knowing your competition; as a buyer, you have an advantage by knowing the history of properties in the area. “I guess if I have a fault it’s that I tend to point out any negatives and possible solutions on a piece of property to buyer’s, but people appreciate that.  As a real estate investor, it’s best that you’re educated.” Robert lives in Misty Mountain with his boys, Nikolas & Michael.  His sons attend Blowing Rock School and Watauga High School in Boone. During the past fourteen years, Robert has built spec cabins, developed a subdivision, renovated investment homes, overseen vacation rentals, and built a personal home.  It’s all about the experience.  An experience that works for you and gives you the advantage of deep local knowledge when buying or selling mountain property.
