Robert Novacek Broker
Robert Novacek has been Blowing Rock Properties Top Producer for 6 out of 7 years running. His volume averages $10 million in sales per year. His secrets? Number one, listening to you. Number two, hard work. He lives and breathes real estate--constantly previewing properties, checking tax rolls, and working with other realtors to find distinctive properties for clients.
Blowing Rock is unique, and Robert’s years in the business have given him deep experience. So when you explain what you want, Robert will likely know more about the property than a computer can tell you. Who owned it last, what contractor built it, how it was renovated, whether the winter access is good.
